Forest of tides, when you go out the gate just head to your right and you will see them. They arent that far out, remember head right as soon as you exit the gate to forest of tides

Forest of Tides by the huts near the beach.
Better be at least a lev 12 to take them by yourself because there are three that you have to kill.
It is better to party with someone else and kill them together if you are below level 12.
