What is the 100% Exp. Enhancer 2.0???
It's in on of the kits o_O...

I think that this is one of the Exp enhancers that goes by actual playing time instead of server time.

I think the 100% and the 2.0 are redundant; they mean the same thing. If you have a booster that has the 2.0, that just means that you get twice the amount of experience during the time given by the booster (aka 100% boost).
As far as for which time it follows, from what I had observed, the boosters that say that they last for x amount of days follows the server time. On the other hand, the boosters that say that they last for x amount of hours follow the amount of time you spent logged on to that particular character. Usually the latter is only found as prizes in lucky balls.
