xD I know it's probably blaringly obvious, but I can't remember how to do it... I've tried clicking it, going to the user control panel, and even searching the forums... I just don't seem to understand. >.<

At the top of your profile near your status message thing, click on Edit Profile.

It'll bring you to a page with multiple tabs to where you can edit your general profile info, picture, privacy, notifications, etc.

Should look something like this:

that is, unless you meant FORUM profile pic, which is impossible because it is only for the CLs, GMs, Etc.

For some reason my computer doesn't have the buttons (About me, picture, etc.). o-o Erm... I suppose that's why I couldn't find it...

I have the same problem.

I can't change my profile picture because no tabs appear when I click "edit profile". I can only access the "Basic" info :(

Have you guys tried using different browsers?

I've also heard that being sent the link to the Profile Picture Upload page will also work as well.

As for a solution to this problem, I have no idea how to fix this. I would suggest submitting a ticket to see if they can't help you out. You can get to the ticket form through my sig or through the Support tab at the top of the page.
