I have a guild member who has terminal cancer, and she has very little time left. We are starting a campaign to have a map dedicated in her name Violet Love in SOS. Please pm a GM or CSR to make this happen!

A GM and a CSR could not make this happen. The only people who could *not saying they will* is the company that owns SotS and that is DnC. I highly doubt there will be anything dedicated to her. We have had many ill and some players who have passed. I am very sorry to her family and my prayers are with her.

I agree. I've seen Violet Love before in game, and she said the same thing to me as well. I do feel sorry for her, but I can't see how she can get a map dedicated to her 'just' for having terminal cancer... Unless she was important to the SoS Community or a hero in Xen or something like that, then I can see that happening. But as of now, I don't quite see that happening.

And Poochyena does have a point about her just wanting attention as well. We all don't know for certain if she does have it or not, so it could just be a ploy to get her name on a map for bragging rights later on or something like that.

Just my opinion of course ^^ .!!..

It's very possible that it may be all for attention but I can't really assume she isn't.
I do feel sorry but I really doubt getting a map named after a person may happen...
unless Outspark gets uncreative someday and find a loss for new maps names.
Anyway, we would've had a lot of maps already with names of other users who I've seen
go through a situation like this. =/
