Effects and how to deal with them.

I'm not sure of all the effects in the game, but i'm curious how to deal with the ones i've been hit with thus far.

which ones are curses, illnesses, well, and poisons.. but that one's easy.

I know the cleric cure spell will end poison. as well as curses(i think)

is it a mage spell that ends the movement rate decreased effect?

how about some of the debuffs like:

crit rate reduction
attack and defense rate down
bleed
