outspark i enjoyed your games for along time but for some reason u banned my different account i had to make another one just to type this i want to know what i did and why did you ban me i dont remember doing anything wrong

I seriously doubt you'll find any Outspark responses here. Try filing a customer support complaint here.

they dont know my other account and i cant tell them my email so that doesnt help me much T_T

If you haven't already, I would suggest checking the e-mail you registered your banned account on. OutSpark usually notifys you through e-mail how you got banned since a PM to your banned account would be kinda stupid...

If you can't find anything there, either fill out a ticket (Following the link posted by ziiiv and clicking "Contact a CSR") or PM a CSR. Although, if I'm not mistaken, CSR's don't accept PM's anymore so the ticket may be your only option. Just be sure to sound as polite and level headed as you can so you don't create any bias oppinions.

Under "Contact a CSR" all they ask for is your game, server, and character name. No account details necessary.
