how to i get my in-game name changed back?

my original ingame namefor myfighter was MajikNinja420 and there was a patch awhile ago and my name got changed to MajikNinja_ how can iget it changed back?

More than likely a GM or another Staff member found a portion of your IGN inappropriate, and changed it. If that was the case, there is no going back to what it was before.

I'd suggest getting in contact with a CSR and discussing this issue with them if you'd like. You can submit a ticket through the link in my signature.

I don't think there would be anything wrong with 420 unless it was too long for the new patching to handle, but if that was the case my name would have been cut too, and it has remained completely intact since that character was first made a year ago.

I'd open a support ticket and see if they can fix it for you. Usually they only modify people's names when there is a terms of service violation, and other than an outright glitch your name should not be affected by patching unless they shorten the name length limits or something- which would affect a lot of people at once.

If a name was changed then there is a good reason why that happened. These issues should be handled in private with the support staff not on the public forum.
