Where's My Sparkcash?

Morning all, just wondering if anyone could tell me where my SC has gone.:eek:

Twice now my eldest son has tried getting my youngest son $5 worth of sc. Both times it has taken the money from my bank account but he hasn't recieved either lot of sc.

Kind of awkward to explain...

My eldest used my card to get sc from his account because he can't delete my card from his account(something else to think about..lol).

My eldest reported this and was sent an email back saying that nothing could be done about this.

1. I want to know what can be done..surely they can't just take your money and give no goods in return.

2. I want to know why I cannot put sc onto my sons account...It says it's performing transaction and then nothing.

If anyone has any ideas please let me know.

Hi, I think the best thing to do would be to contact Outspark directly and see if they can help you fix the situation. To contact outspark;

go to > www.outspark.com
Top right hand corner > click on Help
Then somewhere at the top of the screen you should find Contact a CSR. Fill in the requires details.

I had heard some people where charged extra on items which were meant to be at a sale price and Outspark promptly refunded them the extra sparkcash. So if your money is being sent to Outspark and no Sparkcash is being given to you I am sure things will get sorted out for you.

I sent a ticket as i believed i was overcharged for the iron case which was on sale. I bought two and believe i was overcharged 5000 sc. I took screen shots of the advertised sale price and my purchase history which showed the full price. They replied telling me it is * a txt error* so no refund for me. As im unsure exactly how much sc i had before the purchase i cant say for certain if they are right. But my purchase history still shows i was charged full price. So yeah im not to impressed. In future ill take screen shots before every purchase i make so i have even more proof to proove my case.
People really need to be careful when they buy stuff from the fiesta store. Mistakes seem a regular thing and if we arent keeping an eye on what we are being charged outspark are getting away with our money like thieves in the night lol!

Thank you for the information. I think I will be more careful when buying sparkcash. I never really payed attention as to how much SC I was charged after every purchase, but so far I believe I have been lucky. But like anything else these mistakes happen, so just like the seller must be careful to avoid mistakes such as this, the consumer must pay even more attention to the transaction.
