me loading screen no worky

hey,i cant play the game anymore,everytime it goes unto the beginning loading screen,it keeps saying "ItemInfo.shn Init Error!!" then "Game data initialize Fail!" please tell me if i have to re-enstall the game or something,i really wanna play again =(

I would suggest to uninstall the game and remove the left over files from the hard disk and try to re download the game again.
