Ok, I have seen a couple of threads about this but I couldn't find what I was looking for in any of them so.

I know the Power scrolls are really Accuracy Scrolls. What I want to know is:

1. Are accuracy scrolls really Power scrolls?

2. If so where can I learn the skill to make Accuracy Scrolls?

No, Accuracy is accuracy. Until this is fixed, there is no power scroll that I am aware of that exists...
