can any lvl 30 clerics solo Skelly Knight?

I couldn't survive his initial blast.. and didn't want to grind back down to try again.. I figured i could invincible myself for the initial hit, but he'd use it again after HIS cooldown time and kill me anyway..

i'm just curious if any clerics can solo him? (at level 30 or 31)

why would a lvl 30 character get a quest they can't do is beyond me, they should make it so that quest isn't available till at least lvl 37 since the skelly knight is a ******.

It's an Epic quest, it's not really intended to be soloed. And if the quest was delayed until lvl 37, the lvl 30 armour you get from it would come way too late.

For skelly knight, i soloed him at before reaching lvl 30...I don't see y not...did it without invincibility...thou it takes a bit long to kill it...as long as u keep on healing...you just have to do it strategically...I even soloed zombie knight at lvl 28...got like 600+ exp from it...SWEET!!! Clerics can kill many things, even those waaay higher lvl than them, as long as you don't get kill first blast...everything depending on ur build.

Yeah clerics can kill many things i suppose, just takes quite a while. Just gotta be smart about certian mosnter's special attacks and keep your HP above their resulted damage number.

I got him at level 30 solo. Just used scrolls (as usual). Took a lot of healing but no guildies were on so I had no choice. xD

A lot of the quests in this game seem to be given at the wrong lvl. Theres some quests that tell me to go kill things I've already been killing for 2~3 lvls. While other quests tell me to gather mats from mobs I'll be killing a couple lvls from now. Like the glimmering gem dust and intact bone quests.

Also at lvl 30, it's kind of silly that all 4 class NPCs give you armor quests even for armor thats not for your class. And it's armor you wont be able to use for a while lol.

I think they just give a lot of quests early cause there seems to be a lack of quests the higher lvl you get

im lvl 22 and finding less and less quest i solo everything but the group quests and KQ, but i did Gold slime and Silver slime solo, all i got now is Punch books and Fire ball scrolls, and group/kq :(, and yes i looked both towns and checked for quest list tab

once you hit 30 the number of quests really drop.
also, for killing the SK....if you can solo that at 30 you have to be full end im guessing, i had to have guild members help, well, 2 others, another lv30 cleric who also needed it, and a 35 fighter. took us a bit, but we did it.

for a cleric solo it must have taken forever -_-

and ya, once you get higher levels it gets hard for a cleric with anything other than a str:end build to solo, but thats why we have parties ;)

Skele knight can floor people. It's like trying to solo Mara in the KQ (not SoG). You will need at least one tank and a back up cleric if you plan to take the SK at the same level you get the quest

ya, i dont see how people are claiming that they solo'd the SK at lv30. unless they are a full end cleric. or maby an end:str, but damn that would take forever...

I'm curious how you killed ZK at 28 when you can't get to it until you're lv 30, the zone is restricted. Was this closed beta?

He's essentially just discredited himself with that statement. Even in CB that area was restricted. I think he's mistaking ZK and SK for other lesser level/skill mobs

Wasn't sure, figured that CB->OB there could have been a change, and with the XP modifier, I dont believe it's anywhere near possible. Thank you for clarifying what I was wondering TT :)

Any cleric that doesn't make use of end imo isn't worth the time. But yes, I am full end and yes it took a long time. He hit 500~ on me with that AoE (or it looks like Maras AoE), so I had to heal every other hit... was one hell of a fight. As I said though - no one was on and i had no choice. Plus it was a fun and daunting experience.

Killing ZK even at 39 would be a task. I'm sure I could do it if I try. Can I still try him at 39? I'm 38 now but when I hit 39 this might be a fun task... I think I'll try to get him solo. xD

Obivoulsy won't be easy but I've got t2 pots, buffs, and stones to throw out. :P

thats really funny because i have +20 end +15spr, but dont bag on people because they're not full end, im a party setting i hold a stonger position than you because i have way more sp points so can grind longer and more easily keep my party healed and alive.

every cleric build has its strong points, and full end isnt necessarily the best, especially in a party setting.

I never said full end, I said make use of end. There is a difference. It means more or less, use some end at least, because you will want it. At level 35 I just started putting in SPR for extra crit in wars - but every cleric should make use of end.

So, again, not FULL end - some end.

Also, I can keep my parties going for a long time as well. I carry a full inventory of SP pots and always stock up on stones. I still make a profit from each run per hour and I have enough to restock up.

So I don't think anyone holds a better position. Besides, I have over 2k SP buffed, once you have 1k you really don't need much more because pots will take care of it in my opinion.

I keep my parties going fine, hell, we chain pull orcs/shrooms constantly for 2 hours at a time before heading back to town. We don't rest unless someone needs to go afk, and I have, honestly, never run out of SP once if I'm paying attention.

And everyone knows as a cleric you can't not pay attention, those silly DPS calsses sit back and enjoy the fast life, us clerics and those tanks are working hard. :P

And as I said once more, not FULL end, makes use of end.

ah sorry, i misunderstood you then. i agree, we need end. i just know that when i turned 30 (still only 32 because of architecture projects taking up my time), ther was NO way i could keep up with SK. well, i might have if i had some T2 scrolls, but with the buffs available at that level it seemed impossible to me.

I'm actually running out of quest. I just wish I was strong enough for the other quest I missed. I still think they should not give you party quest, they should leave that on kingdom quests. It's sort of annoying to ask for parties just to complete your quest and gain some exp.

ZK? do u mean zombie knight? if yes, just to share with u, i soloed it at lv 33 with no hp buff, no scroll and there was no problem at all to kill it. all u need to do is heal often. my build is END:SPR 2:1

I have sreenshots of soloing skeleton knight. The main problem was the status effect that I couldn't cure. I could do it w/o scrolls since it did low damage for me to heal easily. The cleric is on my signature.

Hey guys, calm down, he's telling the truth! He said he soloed and killed the Zombie Knight which can be found in Moonlight Tomb! The one can be found in the Graveyard Of The Dead is called Zombie King! ;)

Duuuh I had troubles killing SK at level 40 with my cleric x3 no chance of soloing it at level 30, only worked when we got help by a higher level guildie. But actually all the chief mobs (Mara, Marlone, SK, Robo, GK, Ghost Knight and so on) aren't meant to solo, but for a party with a real tank, cleric and dd/dps.
