You just got scammed, and outspark doesnt really care about us so your screwed. They just want there money. If they actually cared they would put back up the report button. the support@outspark.com email thing doesnt even work

Outspark has stated in the past that if you are scammed, they are under no obligation to return your item to you. However, if you'd like to see action taken on the user so that they cannot scam anyone else in the future, use th Submit a Ticket link in my signature to get in contact with a CSR and submit the screenshots that you have taken.

You are entitled to your opinon, but I believe you are misinformed. Outspark is a business, if they don't care about their customers they don't make a profit. However, its been stated several times in the past that trading SC items for IG money is not allowed...its a violation of the ToS. Why? Because people like the OP end up getting scammed. They've posted announcements, its in the Terms of Service (Rules of Conduct, Section H) you cannot say that players weren't given fair warning.

No, support@outspark.com is no longer function. This is because we have a customer support site (the link can be found in my signature) and a more efficient manner of submitting tickets (Contact A CSR) so that issues like this can be addressed faster and more efficiently for better customer service.

As the question has been answered, and the thread is in the wrong section I'm going to go ahead and close it. Dragon, if you have any problems submitting a ticket, please feel free to send me a PM and I'll help walk you through it :)
