How would a chat program be illegal?
It would be pretty cool to have a Vent serv though. Though It might be chaos if a BUNCH of people joined.

I'm sure someone will eventually set up a dedicated Ventrilo server... even if it takes a long time. xD
It would be pretty cool to have just a local Fiesta voice chat. Although seeing as my guild is working on getting one - I'd probably not be able to spend time on the public one.
