umm it is against the Terms of Service to exchange gifts for game currency so you and that other player are in the grounds of being banned. Seeing as you deliberately dis-obeyed the rules, you will most likely be banned. You will not get your money back because it is your fault for choosing to trust this person with your money. Also, this is not even the right section for a complaint. Don't expect sympathy from a GM or CL, because you are at just as much wrong as this person who took your money.
