i need help one guy said my whsper works but i cant see my self whispering to people their a problem with my whsiper when i whsiper to someone it dose show me who i whsiper to and i cant see them whispering to me eather what wrong with my whisper

ok guys my problem was solved due becuase my whisper chatc was off and i did not know i tuned it off lol. ok itass working again.
