anyway i noticed theres no fan art/design forum...im rly into photoshop and all that graphic design junk. is there no design forum, or am i missing something?

Every once in awhile there will be a post pic's here thread, but other then that, not much else.

Any way you can make me a sig? I can't do it with rudimentary Paint and cannot make my screenies appear anywhere...
