Bug Description:
During the tutorial quest to get to level 7 when you have to go talk to the Blacksmith and Jikey It is possible to get multiple baggage claim tags and a second certificate of smelting by repeating the "talk to blacksmith, talk to jikey" part of the quest afterwards the SoS angel will let you keep the duplicate tags and certificate
