Lucky Ball Bug?

I personally have run across an issue the last 2 days when it comes to opening up the lucky balls. What happens each time is, once I click on the ball the animation of the lucky ball dropping out of the machine takes place, then it says what the item is and then...all hell breaks loose. A box with a heading in Japanese letters pops up and beneath that in the white field it states:

I then go to close, and it then brings up a box to send the info of the fault to someplace. If you choose not to send and just close the box, it will continue to keep popping up, leaving me no choice but to send it, so I finally hit send, and then it sends, and then another box pops up stating"

Once all this takes place it eventually will close to my desktop, and this has happened 4 consecutive times now.

This error did not happen with my first 5 experiences with the lucky ball, it just started happening with the last 4 I have gotten in the last 2 days.

Any idea what this could be?
