Cannot Download SoS? Why?

when I tried to download SoS, i get this message:

"Only selected closed beta testers may download the Secret of Solstice."

I'm Outspark member so why I can't download this client? What I have to do to be this selected closed beta tester -member? I'd like to test it too! ><;
