i was grinding and on 10% (at lvl 21) wings came up and it said i lvled up. went to up my stats. had no points. thats when i realised i was still lvl 21. but my XP went down to 0%. sucks. Another similar bug happend when i was lvl 20. on 97% (i think) and it said i lvled. i could put in stats but i couldent learn skills and it still said a was lvl 20. luckly my XP stayed on 97%
