FIGHTERS ARE THE WARRIORS OF ISYA! But not when it comes to intelligence of the mind...How about a new fighter skill. other than melee, it should be a magic attack. Just to actually use your INT once in a while. Like me, I accidentally put 4 INT on my fighter, don't ask. Back to the topic. It could have like the character like throwing an electric version of his sword. Or maybe even a flaming sword. THAT would be ULTRA MEGA SUPER UBER COOL. Please, suggest your opinions on the topic.

How about, a combination attack....that used 2 players sp to do a special combo move. like that flame sword or electric sword you were talking about.

Im tired of body pulling mobs, or using taunt to pull.

A damage-less attack with 20m range would be prefect.

No. Just...no. As you so perceptively pointed out, fighters are the WARRIORS of Isya. They're NOT the big-brained magic users -- those would be mages, remember?

Of course, you could always wait until level 100+, when the devs apparently ignore common sense completely and actually DO give fighters a ranged attack. :rolleyes:

I think this is a brilliant idea!
But not only for fighters, you should keep it for every class!

Just a combo move - Player 1 casts [combo move] while selected a ally.
That ally selects the foe to target, and casts [combo move] too. Both players should use their SP, and one extremely nice move comes out (with a long recharge time and high SP consumption of course).

Indeed, but not a particularly well thought-out one. I'm sorry if I sound a bit abrasive, but look at what you're suggesting: fighters with mage skills, and (in reference to your other thread) mages with fighter skills. That's simply mixed up and silly -- what's the point of even having classes if they more or less end up sharing the same kinds of skills? By my observations, fighters are already quite powerful, and they really don't need to have a magic/ranged attack in addition to their melee attacks. It would further disrupt the already-skewed class balance.

no, just one mage skill for the fighters. just so fighters dont always have to use snearing kick, or just run into plain mobs

That's what dedicated melee classes like the Fiesta fighter do: they run into mobs and commence with the hacking and slashing. If you don't like getting up close and personal with your target, why play a melee class?

I'm not trying to be mean here; I simply don't understand your argument.

whaaaaa fighters with range attck?? that should happen cuz we are fighters who have def and dmg and who are the WARRIORS of fiesta. it wouldnt be good if we started doing range attack cuz then we cant be warrior but something else o.o just an opinion xD

umm... my "argument" more of a suggestion really. I just want to see a fighter use a cool skill. instead of melee. Like actually, i like the buddy thing. Except that you have to have the person in your party to be able to do it. that would be better.

Yes, because Devastate is so totally UNCOOL, as is the ability to obliterate pretty much any mob with a single skill spam.

Sarcasm aside, the buddy skill thing does sound interesting, but I imagine it would be fairly tedious to implement and use. (I can see them now: dozens of threads ranting about how the skill is completely bugged. :rolleyes:)
