well, if you just DON'T listen to mister hotcakes there. then i'll tell ya... All player's that are currently not invited to the cbt will not get to play, the cbt. you will have to wait for the obt, and trust me it's worth the wait!

We don't know. The GMs didn't state a date in announcements section. go there to see if the date is announced or not.
That's the best way to do things.
