Unable to get any production skills

I'm new and for some quest it said get some enhancement stones and gave me a list of what is needed then told me to by the skill to make them. I did that then when i tried to learn the skill it said "Selected skill production cannot be learned" my character is a Fighter i dont know if that has something to do with it or not. I figured making them would be cheapier than just buying them but maybe thats what i will have to do.

im not entierly sure what you are saying is happening so ill just try and walk you though the learning proses...

1: click on skills XD

2: click on alcomy

3: click on production skills
now you should see two blank boxes at top then 5 skills and an other emty box at bottem.
*probably for a crafting skill for the hamer and spikes.

4:click on the icon of a skill you want

5: then click on the top emty box

6: then click ok at bottem of skill box
*should then give you an erorr box asking if your sure then click ok or cancel in that box.
