Gold Nine question.

I just got back to the game, and Gold Nines were not around when I left.

I was wondering what the general rule of thumb is for using Gold Nines for a tier3 weapon.

I'd start off with the usual two kinds, but then at what point would it be best to begin using gold nines - during Lix upgrades, or Xir? Or is it even beneficial cost-wise to start from the beginning?

Also, is it a flat 15% or is it a 15% increase of the % chance to succeed?

I believe it adds 15%... Ive never used them though.

It's 15% increase in chance of success. I suggest if you're going to use them, use them for +6 to +9.

You actually get only a 13% success rate with the gold nines and a 5% "luck rate" (which is the chance that your enhancement will increase by 2 instead of 1)
They say it gives you "15%" since that's about the average of the two

either way I think they're a waste of money

if I was going to use them, I'd wait till just the xir enhancements (basically the very end so I'm only buying about 1 stack of them)
