Got d/c now cant get back in

Ok so i got d/c now cant log back in that was about 2 hours ago, id made no changes to my comp or anything.
i get this message,
There was a problem logging you in
Either your username or password is incorrect, or you are not authorized to participate in the closed beta.
(0-0: The Server Returned an Unknown Error (wininet: 0).)

first off it is correct password to clear that up. the launcher seem to hang for a minute or two before i can log in (play button to show) never did before

You couldn't have been playing 2 hours ago if you're getting the Closed Beta announcement. Closed Beta ended over a month ago. I would suggest DLing a new client and reinstalling as it will update your files to current specs.
