The wording is confusing, can you re-describe what the problem is? I understand so far that you can't create a character but I don't understand the steps taken that leads up to it and what happens after.

Okay, here is the problem in full.
When creating a new character and logging onto it, the game shuts down and brings you back to the launcher.
I have this problem on an old account.
I am running vista and haven't tested this on XP yet.
I have not had this problem before, altho I haven't played for a couple of months.

Edit: I forgot to mention, I also can't search this forum, attempting to do so sends me to the outspark login screen. Somewhat familiar occurance by now.
