Screen size

Anyone know how to enlarge your screen?
my screen used to be bigger but has somehow gotten smaller:eek::eek::eek:
now my icons like inventory, health, etc. are crowding my screen?
please answer it would really help:confused::confused:

from menu -> video options
change the resolution !
check/uncheck window mode for full screen
