can anyone describe abit more in detail in how to upgrade your equips?
1) how many stones can be put into the socket at once?
2) how high can u upgrade ur equips?
3) what type of equips can be upgraded (weapon or armors)?
4) does synth trade skill help out to synth higher quality items that will enhance ur equip further?
5) for those enhancing stones or medal shape like things, since they come with different names are they have a specific type? or different type will yield a different stat of enhanced effect?

I'm afraid I haven't messed with upgrades to much but I can tell you this:

2) the most you can upgrade the item to is +9 (number right after the name of the item)

3) I've upgraded weapons and armor both.

1) 1 in the ring thing and the 3 at bottom no clue lucky/blessed or something
2) Elure 1-3, Lix or Xir 4-6 and Xir or Lix 7-9
3) All Weapons ( staffs +magic dmg not weapon dmg ), Armor, and Shield, NOT rings, Earings or Necklaces
4) what is a Synth ?
5) yes Elure, Xir, Lix, Blessed, Lucky

Sorry i cant offer a lot ive only messed with Elure myself after L20 i can afford to break anything
