I'm Cretz, a Customer Service Representative here to assist in any way possible and I look foward to meeting and playing with all of you in Fiesta and Secret of the Solstice. If by chance you happen to see me ingame as [CSR]Cretz, don't be afraid to say hi, but know I'm probably super-busy helping other players :D

If you require assistance with any issue whatsoever, please contact our Customer Support Department. I cannot handle any issues from here.

Please follow these directions if you would like help.

1. Go to Outspark.com.
2. Click on the Help link located in the upper right hand corner.
3. Search the knowledgebase for your issue.
4. Once you have clicked on a FAQ you will see a “Submit a Ticket”. Click on that link.
5. Follow the directions laid out on your screen.
6. Fill out as much information as you can. The more detail you provide will help us resolve your issue.

Once we receive your email we will respond within 24-48 hours.

You launcher? There should be a place to type in your username, password, and then hit play. If not, maybe try downloading again. Sometimes files get messed up in the downloading process...

if i remember correctly, you still need to buy the scroll procduction skill in order to use it. and the risk is part of enhancing. i don't enhancing anything.

There are scroll production skills at Ruby, you just have to browse through what she has. At the bottom of the shop window, they'll be little arrows pointing left and right. Just click those and look around. I think the scroll production skills are on the last two pages.

Yellow talk is basically an announcement broadcasted to all maps.

oh, no! how dare you lurk in here with troubleshooting questions in our Honorable CSR Cretz's welcome thread.

1. On the bottom left, you'll see the "Posting Rules". It'll tell you what codes are allowed.

2. If you have an issue with the installer please refer to either: (i) the Troubleshooting section: http://www.outspark.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=11; or (ii) the all knowing has spoken: http://www.outspark.com/forums/showpost.php?p=401962&postcount=5.

And please be aware: Outspark Office hours are (i believe) M-F 9am - 5pm PST (approximately). They will get back to you as soon as possible. Just not in this thread!

Yikes, that's a long time.

Have you tried other sites to DL the client from? It may be slow right now due to the maintenance happening.
