Some people said GM support in this game was the best. Im beginning to think it's the worst.

A huge bug, sets my entire CB back 18 levels, I post about it, in detail. You say your looking into it, then you delete my thread, close my other, and give me nothing. Thanks.

I think break is doing his best, I mean it could be a severe bug that takes long to fix,

I still think the GMs are better than any other game I've been on, you'll just have to wait, don't know what Break has to deal with...

Well.. So far my experience with GM's are...


GM Rider, who host's event's that do nothing. For example, The Podium Event yesterday. I dont think he answered a SINGLE question. Because he doesnt know anything about the game.

Now, today, he's hosting a PvP event, that will have far to many people, and far to many effects. Additionally, there is no level requirement. So when level 11 people, start fighting level 47's, it's not really fair huh? I can almost garentee the server die's during it.

Then, Instead of just posting that they are still looking into it ( which is fairly easy ), he closes the thread 2nd thread, deletes the first one, and doenst say a word. That, is not good.

We have looked into your issue. From our side we see no issues with your account level.

There was a post with all the wrong information regarding your account level. We do not allow post with false information.

If your post was true and correct we would have addressed the issue.

Slandering the site/support can lead to permanent account closure.
