LAtely ive noticed that there hasn't been any new cool events lile the old time :( i loved the fight the boss event etc. Now there just morely spread out meaning that we hardly get some >< without the events i may lose consciousness. :eek: PLZ bring them back.

We also Held two Events yesterday at free battle zone 2 for Saint Patty's day.
One was on Bijou(1pm) and the other on Epith(4pm) there were many people considering that they wanted to bash the Leprechaun and get chests for it. :D

Well, we have new GMs now. With new staff comes new ideas to change things up a bit. Now, I haven't been able to attend events lately, since I'm busy as heck ATM; but I'm sure that there are many events going on. As the GMs have stated, please check the event calendar. You won't think that the events are gone once you look at that calendar and see that there are many events going on. Sure, many seem different from past events, but I guess we can't dwell into the past so much. It's great to move on and see where our GMs will take us :D

Well, Pandaman, I think the thread was meant to point out that the number of GM Events/Server Events, etc... Has been on the decline the last few months... Back a few months ago we had a "Fight A Boss" Event or a "Find the GM" or the "Golden Ticket" events almost every night, and now we are lucky to get an event every month or two... Can't we just get a random event where a GM just goes "BOOM! 100 Giant Harpy's Go KILL THEM!" every now and then? or something...? ._.

When we do an event, we do them for all servers. I've already mentioned a couple of events that does not require spark cash to participate. Helga Raid is not just for rich people, it's a chance to show your power. If you can be better than the people WITH spark cash without buying spark cash then "More power to you".

Once again, no one is forced to purchase spark cash but it's more like a donation for helping us help you since our games are free to play.

No, insulting people in public is not a proper event and we never made an event just to insult our players. CSR will always respond to all e-mails as long as they're not flames or hate mail, as a policy.

If you play for the game, I suggest you shut your mouth so you won't get banned and then make an alt account and cry about being banned. Seriously, I want to see all of you who insulted any of the GMs be a GM for how ever long the new GMs have been in their position. You'll see how hard it is. And no, I've never been staff or even a helper of any big corporation, But I know that it CAN be stressful and it CAN be hard to adjust to. So I'd love to see yourself put yourself in one of the GMs position, Then take back all your hateful words, and Apologize.
Secondly, Why does everybody focus on the past? The past is done and over with. You can go cry me a river for all I care, about the past. But seriously, this is the present tense/future. Get over the past and move on with your life. Just because you went a month or two without a event everyday, That means you have to complain about it? Have your ever thought about the future and what it holds? I don't think so. :| There are plenty of events going on this week and next week. Just because you went a month or so without a trillion events, Doesn't mean you have to complain to the whole community. And if one of those sites that gives us awards, Looks at our forums and sees YOU complaining about our GMs or even the game itself, You're putting the Game's and GM's reputations on the line.

I'd love it and I'm sure other people would love it if you didn't complain about it to the whole community, Complain to the GM them self.
What I said, Does explain some things. He's probably stressed out and needs to take it out on some people. Yes it is rude to take it out on fellow community members, But I've done it before and yes you will regret it.

Today is a prime example of why they dont hold events, its not like the good old days where the servers are always at Full capacity and the GMs can summon whatever they want without causing lag, nowadays if you summon 3 bosses the server is apt to crash due to the capacity, not only is it because of server population, its because of the loss of GMs, granted they get new GMs to replace them, but they aren't even worth being called a GM, the new GMs find it funny to crash users browsers, add in errors within game, ect. the good "OLD" days are gone, and most likely will never be back, unless if they open new servers, that would be Fiesta's only hope of ever getting a working event ever again.

Though I'm not sure what you're trying to say I can tell you that it we did not intend to crash your browsers and "add in errors within game". It might of been a coincidence that your computer died while Fiesta was running?

If anyone is wondering, the events I hold are only in the OX for the players that doesn't want to experience lag.

"We won I gave Nik the infamous fiesta.bin error" quoted from GM_Teva during event today, which proves the error statement, and back to the incredible lag, i mentioned how it was caused, point 1) servers jam packed which new servers to disperse crowds would help that issue, and point 2) the new GMs that run events overspawn mobs in areas that are already flooded by people so lag comes much faster, i have a great connect speed and HAD a great computer until my computer crashed and is no longer operatable due to the game, dont tell me thats cooincidence, because ive never lagged before, and with all that was going on my computer fully locked up and when i manually turned it off it will no longer turn on, your GMs killed my brand new computer (computer is 2 months old, i ran virus scan, spyware scans, defrags, and disk cleanups every other day) THEY KILLED MEH BABY!!!

Its mean to kill others with intent accidents happen and in my opinion its their own fault, not yours for running the event. While you may be doing your best to respect players, i believe you should also do your best to uphold the ToS. Respect is earned not given, something i've always lived by. Don't follow the rules, then you have no right to complain about them. It's the same as voting, if you don't vote then don't complain about the policies that are enacted as you neglecting your duty to the democratic process.

lol i do miss fight-a-boss. that was a blast and helped when i out lvl'd KQ before i got the last (sometimes any ._.' ) part of the quests. and besides, it was fun to just see all the chaos XD *looks back and remembers:*
-3 dozen king slimes being spawned only to die instantly from a 60+ mage's nova XD
-noobs scrambling for chests and getting killed by MD aoe
-trying in vein to get honeying solo in OX ;_;

find-the-GM was... well, yea XD kinda boring but almost like playing the lottery :3 so much tension O_O

Sadly i read this whole thread, and sad to say.... this is the downfall of fiesta.
1. more people will complain to gms
2. more people defending gms
3. everyone freak out or either stop playing and move to another game, or do something to get banned.
great example pissing off the gms.
i loved fiesta since oct of 2007 and the servers were low, never crashed etc. i always found plenty of people to party with everywhere.
now i dont know what happened. servers are all high, crash often, i made a alt but had to stop because everyone is a high level. no one to party with. with my main i still cant find people to party with. people are quitting this game for idk what reasons. even though this game has flaws, what thing in life is perfect? we need to stick together as a fiesta community and stick together. because the more we divide, the more people leave. the more people leave is when the game collapse. NOW CAN ANY GM OR PERSON TELL ME THAT I AM WRONG?
