OMG can someone help me please

i have redownloaded fiesta about ten times and it keeps saying
[ Failed to connect to world server ] can somone please help me i would really like to play fiesta soon, so if this has ever happened to anyone else [and they got out of it] can you please tell me how? i'll be so happy,please

um have you downloaded directx 9.0c and a graphix card O_o and if that dont work idk man

There are many reasons why you may not be able to connect to our service. They may include the following:

could be server issues, in which case you have to wait. Also try rebooting or just wait....if the above solutions don't work that is.

Failing to connect to the server is a common issue due to your firewall. If you have a firewall installed (NOT your Windows Firewall), turn it on because if your computer detects you have a firewall installed besides your Windows Firewall, it will NOT let any program connect to the internet unless your firewall is configured to allow the program to connect.

fiesta is the only game im not able to connect to, and i used to play it a while back
