Equipment Problem

Don't know if anyone else is having a problem with equipping. It's not letting me equip my bow even though I am lvl 20 and a hawkarcher. It keeps the bow under hawkarcher in the red lettering instead of green so it won't equip. Is the something wrong or something else I can must do for it to change???

You have to complete the Shadow Dungeon( job change quest)

You will not be able to equip any 20+ items or use any 20+ skills until you do so.

It is NOT a bug. everything is working as intended.
