OutSpark Boycott

I love this game and probably spent about 50-100 dollars on the game so far, but enough if enough, I payed like 7$ for an exp card I can't even use to level because of [jerks] like these.

That's one of many. It's ridiculous how this happens ever so often throughout the day. OutSpark has yet to address this serious issue that's causing many players to quit

To be honest though, how many people will you be able to get to "boycott" OutSpark. People are going to play the game whether this is an issue or not. I think you're leaning more towards a petition or rallying players towards a cause, not a boycott.

Hm. you have every right to be pi-ssed & this definatly needs to get fixed especially when you put alot of work and spend a good amount of money on you character. This also proves this guy has no other life besides dc-ing ppl he doesnt even know for a good laugh,probably wastes a good few minutes doing it too.

Anyway, I thought that you could fix the mentii bug by adding them to your black list. I think uncommon characters are invalid when making a name anyway. It's an asterik dude. [Shift +8]

wow...
yeah some people attempted to crash me too... what annoying about it is when i am in death match.
and blacklist will not stop this cause people will just make new character.

It looks as though someone is exploiting the menti-bug. If they have a character with a name over a certain number of characters, the mentor ends up disconnecting...a lot. The bug itself has been reported and is being taken care of.

As for the user, I'm afraid you cannot post screenshots or list names on the forums. Its considered blacklisting (even if true) and is not allowed. You can find information on this in the Forum Rules.

However, you can still have something done about the user. Submit a ticket to Outspark using the link in my signature (Submit A Ticket>Contact A CSR). Make sure you give a detailed account of the situation and submit the screenshots you have taken, as well as filling out the necessary fields in the ticket. If you need help, please feel free to PM me, I'd be more than happy to walk you through it :)
