Here is one suggestion also have the arrow keys move the character because then people can fight and move without worrying about using the mouse for fighting and moving which makes it a little difficult. Another thing is how about having the completed quest NPC turn yellow on the map so that they are easier to locate. And I also enjoyed seeing players levels when in a party like in Fiesta. That is it for now...
