1. How many alts do you have?
(some have so many they have to list them in a notedpad file!)

(some have an obsessions with a certain class. ~coughs, like mages for someone on Bijou. I think he has 8 in total spread over all 4 servers servers).

Hmm 4 alts that I go on. 3 on the same server as my main the other 1 from another server.

Nope, my main is still my main and will always be because I love that class the most based on my personality and characteristics.

Yes I always do if I see them ingame. I say hi and explain who I am if they wonder. Most of them already can just guess who I am.

Nope, never xD. I love my main's class to much.

Hmm no. I have no problem with the names of my characters.

I did actually wait for about a month before I changed my alt's look and clothes. The clothes are perm unless I'm in the mood to focus on that one alt for more then a month.

No people still refer to me as my main instead of calling me by my alt's name when I am on that alt.

To test out other classes so I can understand where others are coming from and to stop the boredom of waiting for cap raise.

I have 5 alts in total. 3 of them are from my home server and are used for leveling. 1 of them is from my home server and is in the process of being built as a PKK for 2x abyss. And the last one is a mage nub from Apo that I go on whenever I feel like being on a server where I'm completely unknown.

The only alt class I don't have is a cleric. I have 2 alt mages, 2 alt fighters, and 1 alt archer.

I have fun playing all my characters because of the different classes and point of views to understand other players of that class.

Because of my gameplay style (obsession with leveling), I very strongly doubt that any of my alts will become my main. But if it does happen, then it will be entirely unintentional. (I don't have a 'favorite class', so it's within the realm of possiblity)

My names are all related, so my identity pretty much gives itself away. Though I admit there are times where I wish I had an anon alt for just being able to play the game quietly and peacefully.

6. Would you ever abandon your main to play your alt?
Right now, I play my alts more than my main, since he's capped, but again, I doubt any of my alts will actually become my main in place of my cleric.

7. If you could change your main's name instead of having an alt would you?
Nope. The only name I wish I could change was my archer's. There was a translation error on my end that results in awkward gender confusion >.<

Don't buy sparkcash at all, so that's a "no".

Er, since my main has been around the more experienced players, most people know me by that character, and confirm my identity by asking me "Are you Orona_Kun?", but at the same time, people call me by "Oro" and "Orona" so it's more of an identity that's anchored on me rather than my characters. Also, I noticed that some people ask me "Are you Orona_Neechan?", so my archer is getting up there in terms of being known in the general public.

10. Did you create your alt to be your main's evil twin or angel or just to test out another class for a change?
To play with the other classes. I loved all of them when I first started and I still do. Certain aspects of the game get on my nerves, depending on what class I'm using at the time, but it's fun to me to learn things about a class that I would never learn on my main alone. For example, as a cleric, I didn't realize that mages get a ridiculously low HP/SP stone capacity. I also didn't know that using mock while monsters are stunned have no effect on your ability to draw agro.

But I'm actually not done making alts for leveling. I have one of each class right now that I plan on capping (minus my cleric, who's already there), but they're all built defensively. Once all of them cap, I'm going to make another four characters for the sole purpose of being built offensively, then capping them as well. (Call it a DD set, if you will) I want to understand the difference between the DD builds and tank/mank/clank/archer tank builds. Furthermore, I want to be one of the few people to have one of each subclass (i.e. Wizard, Warlock, Ranger, Sharpshooter, Holy Knight, Priest, Gladiator, Knight) once they're available. That alone will be a challenge, not to mention the weird idea I had of being able to get all 8 of them to lv150.

Then there's the addition of another personal rule: No sparkcash use allowed whatsoever.

Almost always, which gives me incentive to play them. I made them, might as well play them. Not their fault I like to play Sybil-split personality.

i used my alts to test leveling speed the classes capabilities and how to ustilze thier strenghs and see how to creat builds to utize these and build to remove thier weeknesses (eg making a pure spr fighter)

mostly the reason i play alts is that i actually enjoy grinding and with a cap there is always limitations to my leveling speed and i enjoy playing like slime kqs robo and mara and playing like an old style player :D

Only close ones and guildies get to know otherwise I really don't bother to stop and go "Hey its so and so." I use to keep my fighter secrect. It was fun playing as a guy character.

Only the main alts of the alt group get beauty coupon treatment and only the ones I'm focused on gets outfits for the month. Don't have to worry about cleric tho since I have a perm outfit to cover up the hideous armor.

Well considering I started off with my cleric thats known more by the older players but switched to mage and that more known for better or worse.

Hm... before the most of the Old-Gen players quit, my main was more well known. Now, most of these New-Gens don't even know who my main is. They don't even know that my mage/cleric are actually alts. xD
