Error in New Client, GM Pls SEE

For the launcher, the launcher cant find "outspark.py", which is supposed to be in the library.zip folder. and if im not wrong too, the file should be "outspark.pyc" instead of "outspark.py"

i realised that the client provided from http://www.outspark.com/fiesta/download_requirements and the mirror sites are different. And somehow the mirror sites clients are old but they work but the new 1 provided at http://www.outspark.com/fiesta/download_requirements doesnt work
