Someone suggested I report this. Last night, Tuesday 9th October 2007, on the Apoline server, this happened to me on three occassions.
The first was when I was in Marlone's clan hideout and a nearby mage asked if I could revive her. Her character was standing and had full HP on my screen but she told me she was lying on the ground with no HP on her screen.
Later she returned and we formed a party with some other characters to take on Marlone. Our tank was killed by Marlone and when I tried to revive him he would not.

In this instance he has no HP but is standing on my screen. The female mage, Deis concurred that it had happened to her a while ago as seen in the chat log. AxeLord is standing and while I can 'heal' him and give him 'buffs' he could not be revived.
Later, in Burning Hill, I join a different party who is doing the same quests I am. Our archer goes down, asks to be revived but I can't revive him and neither can the other cleric in our party, who also says that it has happened to him within the same night and recommends the archer log out and log back in.
