I have a few questions. Can any skill make alchemy stones? Where do you get them? From an NPC in Elderine? How much are they?

Also, When you're Decomp. Mat. does it only make 1 item or does it make many of them?

alchemy stones bought with fame from NPC in elderine and decomping takes 1 higher level item and breaks it down to next level item times 2 or 3(not sure on amount)

I'm afraid there is not way to make alchemy stones at this time (though many of us would drool at such ability to be put in game). The only way you can get alchemy stones is purchase via fame points in Elderine or to buy from other players.
