Yes, my dog was the reason last week, this time it's my brother, next time it'll be my sister.. and um.. then my friend who was trying it for the first time.. and lets not forget the 'my account was hacked!' excuse. Classic stuff.

Make a new account, let it be a lesson to either make sure that your brother has no access to the account or if you're in for a long poop, make sure you log out first...
As far as it being your brother is concerned, it could happen again and again and again if it's happened once (I'm fairly confident that won't be the last time you're on the toilet unless you happen to have a bed pan). Even if it was your brother, they have no way to identify that and if they let it slide, they'd have to let everyone and their mother go for spamming if they claimed it was their brother.

In the ToS, it clearly states to not share your account with anyone, nor is it permitted. Thank you for turning yourself in for violating the ToS.
