Yup, regeneration goes up, there's a few that expand sale slots for stores (that I was told of) and other unique ones that are special event houses just to be different.

All of the buyable houses have nearly the same healing effect as eachother. The special GM event houses regenerate 2x faster than normal houses. There aren't sale inventory expanding houses available yet, but they may become available when they finish the store.

The blue house is for 50 level and higher.

So, if i understand correctly, Pink and Blue houses are useless? That there is no reason to buy the house except to be different (blue house).

That is somewhat sad...

Can anybody else confirm that upgrading houses does not increase the healing rate? (or so small changes that its not worth the 5s and more)

I have the money now, i just dont want to spend it on something useless (when I still need to buy other things...)

I have a Lv 51 cleric (Retired no longer play the game) and the red house (Lv 25 house) Does increase your recovery rate its noticeable as well so its defaintely an investment to go and buy it.

As for the Blue House (Lv 50 house) its up to you if you want to buy this one. It does have a recover rate faster than the blue house however its almost unnoticeable but the Blue House looks so much better than the Lv 25 house so I'd buy it anyway since it only costs 15 silver which is easy to get in Uruga.

Ok, after buying the red house, I could not resist doing some calculation on my own.

Stats:
Teva
High Cleric L28: Pyros
HP: 683
SP: 678

Ive drain all my SP and Almost all my HP (20)

To regain all the SP and HP with normal house: 65 seconds
To regain all the SP and HP with red house: 53 seconds

Hence, there is about 18% increase. For 5 silver, I definitely think it's worth it! :) Thats my 2 cents.

Ok, now that i have reached level 50, i can now try out the BLUE house :)

So, more calculation and comparison..
I'm at level 57 right now: 2174 sp

To fully regain ALL my sp:

Using Orange house (regular ones): 65s
Using Red house: 54s = 18% faster regen rate
Using Blue house: 47s = 28% faster regen rate

Note that if we compare with my old results, regen rates time for full regen pratically the same.

Conclusion: houses heal in % of ur total SP (not in sp/sec, rather in %/sec)
Hence, even if ur like 1000000sp or 100sp, it takes the same amount of time depending on the house u use.

Hence, better house, faster regen no matter ur level or ur sp amount :)
