i am a cleric level 11 and i have a production skill book that came with the character. how do i use it? every time i try to make a potion it says i dont have the skill book.

Each book has a level of use or specific stat needed in order to use them. I would read the descriptions carefully.
If after carefull examination and your positive you are able to use it, then report on the report bug section in as much details as possible.
