when I go to create my character, I am unable to type anything in the character name box.
Anybody have any ideas to what I should do?

the same thing happens to me. i was just about to make a thread about it but i saw this one first. i have clicked in the box and the cursor shows up, but no matter what keys i hit no text shows up. and i know my keyboard's plugged in and everything, cause i can type in any other program.
EDIT: i saw a post from someone else on this forum who said after they restarted their computer, they were able to enter a name. the same worked for me, so if anyone's still having trouble with this and they haven't tried restarting, give it a shot.
