how do you make a marriage proposal?

First of all, welcome to the world of OutSpark. ^^

Now, to make a proposal, you need to go to Uriel in Elderine. She's near the Guild mananger somewhere. Press M to open up the map and find her.

Then, when you find her, you need to purchase the engagement ring, which costs around 200s.

After you have the ring, right-click on the person you want to propose to, and click on the propose option.
