Location: Level PvP Arena
Level of Quest/Problem: 75-102 arena, though I think it affects the other levels too
Name of Quest Giver: Arena Master
Frequency: 10
Short Description: Arena and its NPCs are broken. There are no problems entering the arena or talking to the main NPC, but once a player warps into a waiting room there are problems. The map name bar will flash, except it's blank with no map name. Once inside the arena waiting rooms, it's impossible to go out through the door and into the actual arena. The Hero Ryan NPC will not warp players back to the stands (Where is the Stadium > Watch dialogue option) and it takes several tries to get him to warp you out (Go Outside option)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Step 1: Enter Level PvP through Arena Master in Essene.
2. Step 2: Talk to Chief Guard NPC and choose Move > Waiting Room
3. Step 3: Blank map name box will flash
4. Step 4: Attempt to leave map through north entrance.
5. Step 5: Speak to Hero Ryan NPC, choose "Where is the Stadium" > Watch
6. Step 6: Speak to Hero Ryan NPC, choose "Go Outside," may or may not work.
