I purchased two items and checked my SC slot and there was nothing there sept the rations i purchased earlier, where'd my items go?DX

I have the same problem too! I bought 2 items from fiesta store but when i checked my invi there was nothing except for the items i bought earlier. But my SC was reduced! Please help!! D:

Wowzors. Go Go Gadget Failshop. So I'm noticing a lot of problems have to do with this Remi's Rare Finds. If it is indeed so unstable, perhaps it should be taken down.
Submit a ticket about this, posting the problem here will have delayed results, being that, a Ticket will directly go to the Proper CSR, while Posting here is what you would do if the Ticket had no response.
Posting here is more.. asking the community first for a answer, only after you searched the FAQ list, or searched through other posts for an answer. Submitting a Service Ticket is the sure shot way to deal with These Kind of Problems, as it is a Server Side Bug, not a Client side.

same thing for me.i bout 2 rations and it doesnt appear in my bag ><" only the other things i bought the day b4 :/ i was still charged though .-.

I paid for 2 skill reset scrolls yesterday and although my spark cash was used and the items appeared as "purchased" they did not show up in my inventory.
The system took my spark cash and I got nothing in return for it.
I would recommend that no one should make any purchase from the cash shop until this BUG is fixed.
You will risk losing both the items and your money.

u mentioned a ticket.how do i go about submitting a tickect?O.o ive never had any realy problems like this wit fiesta so idk how i would be able to submit a ticket.or what it really is .-.

HMM, just a guess..... But the last few days, I guess a cpl days ago?.? They had database backup and maintenance. If I was a betting man, I would think somehow the database got screwed up and the stuff is being purchased but going to the wrong people. Time to start checking my cs inv on all my chars ^^ >.<. Maybe get lucky and get some heavy SC users stuff. And I know it is especially not funny for those who did purchase stuff. Guess i am not playing remis till this problem is fixed. :(.

It's basically a Message sent to the Customer Service Representatives, and Staff of the OS Team, that you send regarding a question you have about Game Related Issues, or even Community Related Issues. It's pretty easy, and they will respond to you when they read it over, and send you an email.

Good thing I didn't use my sp for the hair I wanted to do, I guess maybe I should wait to spend the last of my SP. Hope you guys get what you paid for and thanks for warning the rest of us!
