2 bugs, dissapearing lvl/exp and a denied skill

1.Last night before I logged out, I was level 21. Today I loged in and found that I'm back to level 20 at 98.8%. The strange thing was that I still have my skill for level 21 *_*

2. I sometimes randomly getting "Denied skill use" (or something like that), I have checked that the cool down time icon is gone, that I have enough MP and not standing in the red-zone thing :eek:

Access denied is most probably because u are in a safety zone/next map zoning area. If u look on your map the area should be red. Most mobs stop and cannot enter the red area. I've had only 1 that actually came into the red area and hit me. Your skills may also not be casting because u are casting it too fast (timing it wrong), or u have some lag. I don't know about the exp that has not happend to me, it might be roll back on exp but skills remain. U can also delvl if u die.

There was no lag, I can move fine, but the skill just wont go off :(
