Game installation glitch

Just installed the game ever bein away for a year or so, and its saying Failure to Connect to Surver, i have the update, and video card, and i turned off my firewall. anyone know *** is going on

Try turning your firewall back on. If your computer detects a firewall installed on your computer, it won't let any program connect outside your computer's boundaries until you turn your firewall on and have it configure to let that program connect.

i turned it off because of the error, having it on doesnt work either

Do you have an installed firewall besides the default Windows Firewall?

Also, where are you currently residing at?

only have one firewall and im in British Columbia Canada

ReDownload the game. It will work.
