View Full Version : Spark Cash Purchase, Items not in Special inventory

I purchased 1 (10units) each of the Red Eye grade 2, Blue Mile grade 2, also 2 each of the same in grade 3. They have yet to show up in my special inventory when I sign in to Fiesta. I purchased them through the new access through the Outspark website. Is there a delay in when it is supposed to be available?

lol I just submitted ticket cuz I bought gender change and premium coupon...
I still havent recieved either after 1 hour and 6 relogs later.

well this doesn't seem right if it holds up i would like a refund on what i purchased if it takes more then a day to get it... no offence fiesta... just not worth it >_>

It happened to me just now, I bought ROAR and it didn't show up. The best way is to submit a ticket and wait for a response.

same here bought storage pack, usually shows up instantly...had to create a ticket...seems alot of it is happening

If you guys don't get an acceptable response, or reimbursement for your well spent money, then perhaps take the same measures as I recommended to them.

bought 30-day exp boost and so far, the backpack fails. i don't feel like waiting for the ticket >:3...

hey i have the same problem
iv been charged for a school crit outfit, neo glasses and a set of 10 20% charms of mights
i can screenshot details and prove that i dnt have the items and have bought some more and theyve shown up however i want my money reimbursed if not then I see that as theft

Please check your inventory to see if you have received the item.
We've fixed the issue on the back end.
