I noticed today after looking at the quest log for this it says in the description "Roumen's Blacksmith, James, asks to punish 5 Speedy Slimes, 10 Imps, and 1 Hero Slime" I noticed today though that in the things you need to do/have done it doesn't say anything anywhere about the 5 Speedy Slimes, so it isn't needed for finishing the quest but should be.
